Kavita Madani
Kavita brings nearly two decades of experience across global financial organisations, including Citibank and Ernst & Young. Her work there sat inside high-stakes and closely regulated environments, where the numbers had to be right and the people delivering them had to be trusted to get there.
What she noticed, again and again, was that capability alone rarely explained who created the greater impact. It was how people communicated, how they carried themselves, how much trust they built along the way. That observation is what led her to Elevare.
She is a Certified FaciliTraining Practitioner, and a Certified Soft Skills Trainer and Image Consultant. She is an empanelled trainer with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and has served as Pune Chapter President of the Image Management Professionals Association.
Today, through Elevare, Retinue Advisory’s people-development practice, she works with organisations, professionals, leaders and emerging talent navigating that same journey.
Kavita’s experience as a trainer and facilitator began well before Elevare, with technical sessions delivered during her time at EY and Citibank. That early exposure laid the foundation for her people development journey that has encompassed thousands of participant training hours across a remarkably diverse range of audiences: corporate professionals at every level from fresher to Senior Management, CA and MBA students, schoolchildren, and community and social-impact groups.
Organisations and institutions she has worked with include Honeywell Automation India, Finrep Advisors LLP and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, among others across financial services, technology, manufacturing and educational institutions.
The topics range from communication and interpersonal skills to executive presence and business etiquette, leadership and time management, as well as life-skills such as self-motivation and digital citizenship, each session shaped around the people actually in the room.
