Elevare was founded to give people the space to practise, reflect and apply what they already know, because helping people grow deserves its own rigour and care.
Many capable professionals know what to do. What is often harder is turning that knowledge into confidence, influence and presence, and providing enough opportunities for them to put it into practice.
Because often, it is not capability alone but how clearly someone communicates, how much trust they build and how they carry themselves when it counts.

Founder Led
Elevare is led by Kavita Madani, Certified FaciliTraining Practitioner, Certified Soft Skills Trainer and Image Consultant, and a Chartered Accountant whose professional journey spans nearly two decades of corporate experience.
Kavita brings training, facilitation, learning design and people development together, creating learning experiences that are rooted in the interactions with people in the real world.
She brings the depth of her global experience across financial organisations and closely regulated corporate environments, with a practical understanding of the realities people navigate at work, the pressures they face, the conversations they need to handle and the moments where confidence, communication and presence can make a real difference.
Today, that same judgement shapes how Elevare develops people.
One Firm, Two Doors
Elevare is the people-development practice of Retinue Advisory. Retinue advises on the business and its decisions: strategy, growth, transactions, technology, finance and governance.
And while developing skills has always been an area of focus at Retinue, developing people calls for a specialised process and method. Giving this discipline its own dedicated practice allows it to have a clearer identity, a distinct voice and the room to concentrate entirely on the aspects necessary for the growth of people.
Although distinct, Elevare imbibes the same values, experience and commitment which shape Retinue.
